Egg and cheese stuffed deli ham, rolled together and broiled until crispy! A super simple, healthy, and filling breakfast for busy mornings! Only 106 calories per roll-up!


  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 5 Tbsp shredded chedar cheese
  • 10 slices of deli ham


  1. To begin, you're going to first set your oven to broil. You then want to whisk together 10 eggs and 2 tsp garlic powder. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the eggs and scramble for about 3 minutes.
  2. Lay out one slice of ham and top with a spoonful of eggs. Sprinkle with 1/2 Tbsp of shredded cheddar cheese then roll up. Repeat until you have 10 roll-ups. Place into a shallow baking dish and broil for about 5 minutes or until a little crispy.
  3. Serve and enjoy!


Feel free to add in any of your favorite omelette toppings such as spinach, mushrooms, onions, or peppers!

Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave if you're on a time crunch or in the oven for if you want them to stay crispier! πŸ™‚
