One of the BEST sliders you'll ever have! Delicious hot or cold and only 190 calories per slider! (6 SP)


  • 12 Kings Hawaiian rolls, split
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise (I used light Hellman's)
  • 12 oz deli turkey breast
  • 12 slices of cooked, center cut bacon
  • 1/2 of a tomato, cut into slider sized slices
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/8 C flour
  • 1 1/4 C milk
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 C shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Preheat broiler. Split Hawaiian rolls and spread a thin layer of mayo on each side. Place onto a foil lined baking sheet and broil buns until crispy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 200 degrees. Add turkey, one piece of bacon split in half, and a slice of tomato to each roll bottom.
  3. Put sliders back into oven to keep them warm while you prepare the sauce.
  4. For the sauce, place butter into a pot and allow it to melt over medium heat.
  5. Whisk in flour and mix for about a minute.
  6. Slowly add in milk, paprika, and parmesan cheese. Continue to whisk until sauce thickens, which will take about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and add in cheddar cheese.
  8. Top each sandwich with sauce, then serve warm. If you want to store them for later you can still assemble each sandwich then refrigerate for when you want them. They're delicious cold as well!
